Beth Conti serves as Membership Experience Coordinator supporting the CHRO Association, where she acts as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, maintains member records, and supports event registration and renewal processes for the Association's community of senior HR leaders.
Beth brings extensive experience in human resources, nonprofit engagement and philanthropy to her role. She started her career in Human Resources, as an HR Client Relationship Manager at UBS Financial Services supporting the firm's Legal, Compliance, and Operations divisions. She then served as a Senior Specialist of Engagement and Philanthropy at the SHRM Foundation, where she managed donor communications and built prospect pipelines for foundation funders, and most recently served as Program Coordinator for the Borough of New Providence's Senior Center.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is based in New Jersey, where she resides with her husband and three children.
