Amanda Anderson serves as Associate Director, Membership Engagement at the CHRO Association, where she drives member engagement and retention across the Association's community of senior HR leaders. In this role, she works closely with members to help them maximize the full value of their membership, oversees the CHRO Association Allies corporate event sponsorship program, and supports membership recruitment and renewals.
Amanda brings over 15 years of experience in membership, program development, and community engagement. Prior to joining the CHRO Association, she held roles at the SHRM Foundation, the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation, and the Association of the United States Army.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science from Cameron University and is a proud military spouse based in State College, Pennsylvania.
