Christoph Niebel is President of the Americas at AMS and a long-time partner to F500 CHROs navigating transformation within increasingly complex permanent and external workforce environments.
Over two decades, he has worked alongside HR leaders across the full employee and external workforce lifecycle, modernizing operating models amid shrinking budgets, rising complexity, and growing scrutiny from CEOs and boards. His experience comes from leading large-scale workforce transformation where hiring decisions, workforce mix, and productivity carried direct P&L, risk, and growth implications—often under intense time, cost, and board pressure. That work shaped a clear point of view on what holds up at scale, where legacy models break, and why transformations stall when complexity accelerates.
Today, Christoph works with CHROs, Talent and TA leaders on talent acquisition solutions at the intersection of permanent and contingent work - helping them scale output with leaner teams, make AI deliver results inside real workflows and data, optimize workforce mix, and translate talent impact into business-relevant outcomes for the C-suite.
Christoph is also an active advisor and investor in HR technology and is based in New York.
