Camille Murray is Talent Development Programs Lead for Early Career Programs in North America and Latin America at Oracle, where she leads the Global Tech development experience for early-career employees across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. She oversees a multi-million-dollar portfolio focused on accelerating workforce readiness, career development, engagement, and time to productivity through immersive, cohort-based learning experiences.
With more than 25 years of experience in talent development, career growth, leadership development, onboarding, and employee experience, Camille has built and led enterprise people programs across global technology, Fortune 100, professional-services, and higher-education organizations. At Oracle, she previously led global executive culture and engagement strategy, designing experiences that strengthened leadership visibility, employee connection, and organizational culture.
Her work increasingly focuses on how AI, changing workforce expectations, and evolving business needs are reshaping early-career development and career growth. Prior to Oracle, Camille held talent leadership roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, Exiger, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, George Washington University, and American University.
Camille is a graduate of Howard University and holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University.
