Bhushan Sethi is a Partner at PwC US Consulting, where he works with financial services, technology, and global clients to design AI-led workforce strategies and operating models that drive measurable business, customer, and regulatory outcomes. He currently serves as PwC Lead Client Partner for a major US financial institution and has previously led multiple global and industry focused people and organization practices.
For over 25 years, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, workforce, and policy. A globally recognized keynote speaker and media commentator on the future of work, he was named to The Consulting Report's Top AI Consultants and Leaders of 2026 and the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business (2025). His insights have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg and CNBC, and The Economist.
Outside of PwC, he has been an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business for the past five years teaching a strategy consulting class to MBA students.
