Bhushan currently works with global multinational clients to deliver enterprise transformation that enables sustainable business, customer, financial, workforce and regulatory outcomes. His experiences span front office (Lines of Business, Sales, Product) and enabling functions (Strategy, Tech & Ops, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR).
He is widely respected for his ability to build sustainable relationships, inspire stakeholders at every level, and deliver collective business outcomes. Within PwC, Bhushan has established and led multiple global and industry focused People & Organization practices.
For over 25 years, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, workforce and policy – delivering value for clients, building world class consulting practices and being a sought-after award-winning writer, speaker, educator and media voice on the future of work and AI. In 2025 he was recognized among the “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business.”
He currently serves as Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business and holds an AI Strategy & Innovation Certificate from Stanford University, a BA in Accounting & Economics and is a Chartered Accountant (UK).
Outside of his professional life, Bhushan is an avid marathon runner, proud husband, father, and global citizen, with a rich cultural heritage and extensive international experience.
